Steve Dumas has over 30 years’ experience in shopping center and airport retail design and development:

First with the world renowned Jerde Partnership working on complex mixed-use projects around the globe.

Starting in 1994, Steve led the design of numerous shopping centers, master planned numerous development opportunities and assisted in the due diligence of major acquisitions for Westfield.

Beginning in 1996 and carrying through today Steve had led the design of Westfield's airport projects across the US.
-
In 2005 Steve created the RED team within Westfield which emphasized customer focused experiential design through the look and curation of common areas, customer amenities / touch points and the design for all revenue generating elements.
